1. CUTTING THE TANNUS ARMOUR
Before installing Tannus Armour, check if your tire size is listed in the table.
Once checked, cut the side of the Armour to the size indicated in the cutting line. Use scissors.
2. CLEAN THE ARMOUR
Clean the internal and external part of the Armour with a soft tissue before installation.
Dust and other contaminants can affect the useful life of the Armour.
3. PUMP THE INNER TUBE
Slightly inflate the inner tube. This helps with the placement of the tube inside the Armour.
4. INSTALL ONE SIDE OF THE TIRE AND ARMOUR
First, mount one side of the tire around the rim. Then, place the Armour within the tire and rim.
5. INSERT THE INNER TUBE INSIDE THE ARMOUR
First, place the inner tube valve in the rim hole. Then, place the rest of the inner tube into the Armour. (Make sure the wings of the Tannus Armour are not bent).
6. MOUNT THE TIRE ON THE RIM
After having placed the remaining wing of the Armour on the rim and making sure that the inner tube is not pinched between the Armour and the rim, we will mount the other side of the tire on the rim, using a tire mounting lever. (With proper caution not to damage the side wings of the Armour).
7. CHECK&PUMPING
Make sure that the tire is correctly installed. Pump up to high pressure so that the entire assembly is properly locked in. Then, choose your preferred inflation pressure.
