Ivan Jimenez, the Colombian behind IJ Racing, based in Barcelona since 1999, has been one of the people responsible for allowing us to enjoy Colombian riders competing in the DH World Cups, creating the first Colombian UCI team.
The connection with Jorge Mario Jaramillo, known as Chigüiro"Ivan, one of the founders and directors of the Enduro World Series Manizales and whom Ivan defines as his mirror in Colombia, have joined forces in 2022 to form a high-level team.

The IJ Racing team is made up of the ELITE Alex Marin (Spain), Rafael Gutierrez (Colombia) (brother of the great Marcelo Gutierrez "Lechón") and the JUNIOR Sebastian Holguin (Colombia) y Ton Rusiñol (Spain).
Thus, Team Chiguiro Extreme joins the Team Commencal100% and to the Team Commencal Schwalbe to make up the list of 2022 World Cups downhill teams that protect their riders from rimshots.
