We wanted to develop a product with very specific features that meet the needs of any gravel rider. An ultralight and resistant insert that solves the most common problems of the Gravel:

Tire protection and shock absorption

Use the Tannus Armour Tubeless allows you to carry a lower tire pressure range without neglecting the protection of your tires. Using a lower pressure than usual helps to have better traction and control in small bumps, avoiding inefficient and somewhat unpredictable braking. It also increases grip on wet or muddy terrain, very common when we decide to explore all possible mountain roads.

Armour Tubeless: Puncture protection for MTB

The Tubeless version adds support to the tire which reduces the probability of punctures. If you get a puncture, thanks to the inner structure of the Armour, the sealant flows better and is more effective and will plug the puncture, if the cut is too large, you can continue riding thanks to its 20mm without damaging the rim.

Stability in curves

Tubeless shape is designed to support the sidewall of the tire for better cornering stability. The flexible wing design adds rigidity to the sidewall so that undercutting and air pressure losses are avoided.
