4206 Bicycles without borders already in Senegal equipped with Tannus

Bikes without Borders and Tannus, along with other brands, continue to work to improve the quality of life of thousands of Senegalese people living in poverty through solidarity bicycles. The goal? Facilitating access to education for students in rural areas of Senegal.

BaoBikes, solidarity bicycles to reduce school absenteeism

The BAOBIKES solidarity bicycles are completely assembled in a small assembly factory built by the association Bicicletas sin fronteras in Palmarín. Once assembled, they are destined to the students, families and the whole educational community that needs them the most.

The project

The mission of this project is to provide an affordable school transport system for families in rural areas of Senegal. And not only that, but it also tries to guarantee the future of this by helping in the training of bicycle mechanics and building small workshops so that they can practice their profession.

Bicycles without borders with Tannus

We equip all Baobikes with our Tannus Tires to ensure that the children who use them get to school without any setback caused by a puncture. From the Tannus team, we want to express our pride to participate in the Bikes without Borders project and to be able to contribute our grain of sand to improve the quality of life of families living in developing countries.

The wheels on the BaoBike Solidarity Bicycles are the 26-inch razorblade in lemon color. We chose this model in particular and no other for its lightness, long durability and great stability on both asphalt and gravel roads.
