COMMENÇAL AND TANNUS
The relationship between Commençal (leading brand in downhill bicycles) y Tannus (leader in puncture protection) is very close and was born a few years ago with the launching of the semi-mousse Tannus ArmourTannus surprised everyone with this product category, which did not exist in the market, making many Riders fall in love with it, including those who have been in the Bike Patrol by Commençal.
With the recent introduction of the mousse Tannus Armour TubelessIn this case, the Commençal 21 team had no doubt that this would be their insert / mousse to compete with.

CHATTING WITH COMMENÇAL 21 RIDERS
What is it like to shoot with Tannus Armour?
Angel SuarezFor me, making sure my tires are protected is very important and having the performance benefits is the best.
Pau MenoyoHaving Tannus Armour as an insert gives me the confidence to go even harder knowing that my tire is protected from all the rocks and ruts on the track. I'll be able to finish a race even if I get a flat and I can ride with lower pressures for more grip and with the certainty that my tire won't come off the rim.
What events do you expect to enter this year?
ÁSMy main focus is the World Cup races, I'm coming off my best season and I can't wait to perform even better.
PMWorld Cup races, the Spanish championship and some other national races as well. The next race is a Catalan Cup at 4Riders Bikepark.
How is your weekly preparation / training?
ÁSIt depends a lot depending on the part of the year, but I dedicate at least 20 hours a week, counting cycling and gym sessions.
PMWith the Downhill bike I train 4 to 5 days a week, usually 3 to 4 hours. So like Angel also about 20 hours a week. I go to the gym 3 times a week and also do other things like intervals or mobility and coordination exercises with my fitness trainer.
Are there any plans to go to the UK after COVID?
ÁSYes, we have a World Cup race there and I'm really looking forward to riding at Fort William, it's one of my favorite tracks and I think I'm very good at it.
PM: Exactly, Fort William will be the first World Cup race of the season, so if the virus lets us run, we'll go.
Feelings and goals for the season?
ÁSThey are very good, I want to perform at my best, my goal is to be one of the top 5 riders in every race. I know it's going to be hard, but I'm working as hard as I can and I love my new bike.
PMVery happy, my goal is to be on the top of the podium on a regular basis in the Junior category and start to compare myself with the elites. Also to learn a lot and gain experience in all the races.
